FAQ
When does the trial end? +
At 14 days from signup OR when the $10 in managed credits runs out — whichever comes first. Heavy users on the managed pool may hit the credit limit in 2-3 days; BYOK users typically run the full 14 days because BYOK requests don't consume managed credits. Either way, your workspace becomes read-only at that point and you subscribe to Personal Pro to keep going. No card on file during trial — no auto-charge.
Can I bring my own API keys (BYOK)? +
Yes — BYOK is included with Personal Pro. Bring your Anthropic / OpenAI / Google key and that seat's tokens bill direct to your provider, bypassing our managed pool entirely (no markup). You can mix per seat: some BYOK, some on the managed pool with credits. BYOK is also supported during the free trial so you can test it before you subscribe.
Why does BYOK require Pro? +
Because the platform itself — orchestration, memory, integrations, edge functions, RLS — costs money to run regardless of whose API key handles inference. Pro covers the platform; BYOK covers your inference. Trial gets you 14 days to evaluate both.
How do credit packs differ from the subscription? +
Pro includes $10/mo of managed credits. If you exclusively BYOK, you don't need credit packs and the subscription just covers platform access. If you use the managed pool (no BYOK on a seat), credits get consumed at our marked-up token rate and you can top up with credit packs anytime — they never expire.
Refunds? +
Unused subscription time refunded pro-rata within 14 days. Unused credit packs refunded in full within 30 days, or anytime by request for the full balance.
Is my data private? +
Workspace-scoped. We do not train on your data, full stop. See our security page for the technical details.
